Your Traveling Personal Trainer!

As a professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

When it comes to fitness sessions, this can be accomplished in many ways.  Whether you prefer virtual fitness plans or in-person one-on-one training at the gym of your choosing or even in the comfort of your own home.  All options are available to reach your goals!

My Story

The background of AVP Fitness

My name is Anthony and I am the founder of Alpha Vita Prime, or AVP, Fitness.

You may be wondering why I chose the name I did for the company. Well its quite simple when you ask "What is the meaning behind these words?"

To be Alpha is to be at the top, to be the best, and to dominate your competition.

Vita is for Vitality. Your vitality is your health, how you feel. More directly Vita is Latin for Life.

And Prime, the state of being at your best, mentally and physically.

With these core principles in mind, I could think of no better fit for a name.  

Now for a little about me and my background.  I grew up my whole life playing sports as many did. From baseball, football, and hockey, all the way to martial arts and OCRs.  And it wasn't until I found martial arts that I even stepped into a gym.  Since then I have spent over a decade testing myself and learning from all different types of people with various backgrounds to gather as much knowledge as I can.

After being told for years by friends and family, after helping guide them through their journeys, "you should just be a personal trainer" I made the leap into a career change and became a NASM CPT. 

 

Since then I have worked with a multitude of clients.  All different ages, from people in their 20's to even in their 70's. I work with groups doing HIIT training and individual clients who prefer more traditional lifting.

So whatever your goals happen to be, you can trust that I have had hands-on experience with it myself, which is one of the most important things.
